A special source from the Egyptian Football Association confirmed that Mohamed Fadl, a member of the five-year committee in charge of the management of Jabaliya, will file a complaint with the Discipline and Ethics Committee, accusing Mahmoud Abdel Moneim Kahraba, the Al player -Ahly, to attack him.
