Books – Ahmed Abdel Moneim:
The government, in its meeting today Thursday, headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, made many important decisions, in light of the precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus.
The new decisions and procedures were as follows:
– The Council approved the proposal made by the Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Education and Technical Teaching, to complete the teaching of the study plan from next Saturday until the end of the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021 in the system distance education.
– Postpone all the exams that were scheduled to take place this semester until after the end of the mid-year holidays, applying this to all types of education and their levels.
The Council of Ministers agreed to extend the conciliation period for violations of buildings for a period of 3 months, permanently, until the end of this period at the end of next March.
– Implement the decisions of the Cabinet regarding the reduction of the number of employees in ministries, governorates and government agencies, and ensure the rotation of the employees present.
– The unified system of governmental complaints in the Council of Ministers will receive complaints from any party in this regard, and the responsible minister will be contacted immediately, so that he can take the appropriate measures.
– The application of immediate fines, starting next Sunday, against those who violate the precautionary measures, and the granting of judicial control to those who will execute the fine decisions.
– Treat promptly and decisively any attempt to hold celebrations or gatherings on the occasion of New Year’s Day, taking legal measures against offenders.
– The launch of the second phase of the presidential initiative “A dignified life”, which will be implemented during these days, to develop the Egyptian countryside and raise the level of services provided to the people of Egypt, for the benefit of 18 million Egyptians.
