At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister continued the current medical situation in all hospitals affiliated with the ministries of health and higher education, and the availability of various medical supplies and devices to provide comprehensive care aspects of cases infected with “Corona” , reiterating the need to ensure the availability of all various medical supplies in hospitals, AND regularly monitor inventory.
In this sense, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly highlighted that the approved specifications for sustainable sleeves will be distributed to specialized factories, in coordination with the Minister of Commerce and Industry, to begin manufacturing them according to these specifications, so that they are available and available. for all citizens.

During the meeting, the Minister of Health reviewed the state’s plan to provide basic health services while facing the emerging crisis of the “Corona” virus, which aims to provide basic health services, work to prevent the spread of infections among citizens within health facilities and maintaining the safety of service providers, while taking all measures with respect to monitoring and follow-up of suspicious and less suspicious cases, indicating that the plan is based on six axes, the first being related with governance and crisis management, through the formation and activation of a crisis room in each governorate, taking into account the participation of all actors in crisis management in the room, with automatic identification It has simplified the protocols and protocols to organize the provision of basic health services in coordination with the protocols for treatment of the emerging “Corona virus”, and continuous evaluation of services to clarify the strengths and weaknesses and the scope of the need to stop or add a service, in addition to establishing more than one means of contacting the emergency room to report on developments at each health facility. .
The minister added that the second axis of the plan is related to the organization of the process of provision of health services, through outpatient clinics, reducing waiting times, increasing the number of clinics and booking through the “Call center “in addition to activating the visual examination for all patients before entering health facilities, With mechanisms to isolate suspects in all health facilities (not designated for isolation), and clear rules and protocols established to treat cases of suspicion and referral at all levels.
The third axis of the plan referred to the need to restrict and redistribute the workforce as necessary, and begin to implement rapid training mechanisms for diagnosis, detection, infection control, and reduce the workforce within the facilities of health in one shift, with infection prevention procedures, training and protocols, and working to increase Occupational health measures and infection control to the greatest extent possible, and adoption of the work system (14 days / 14 days ) in the event of labor availability, provided that all disciplines are trained in the basics of intensive care as a future disability plan, and provide a link to physicians directly and download Some For Applications on your phone; To be used when a medical equipment is suspected of being infected.

The sixth axis included the implementation of awareness campaigns on the measures taken by the Ministry of Health on the management method of health facilities, reserve methods and the work system in the family medicine system.
During the meeting, the Minister indicated that the Ministry has adopted a series of initiatives to implement it during the next stage, including the initiative to keep kidney patients and immunocompromised patients, define separate paths for patients, classify workers and patients before entering health facilities, and delivering medications to households in sufficient quantity for 3 months and providing a service Treatment decisions at the expense of the state through remote consulting.
Dr. Hala Zayed added that the ministry will also implement a series of innovative solutions that are represented in the activation of the “Call Center” service, the activation of the Egyptian health application, the establishment of an electronic system to link units and centers with hospitals, the issuance of the request for remote consultations and telemedicine clinics.
The Minister also noted that work is currently underway to increase the number of work teams tasked with responding to the 105 hotline to 400 over the next week from 200 people today, after training these teams to respond to citizen inquiries.
The Minister of Health also reviewed, during the meeting, a proposal for a plan to coexist with the emerging “Corona” virus during the next stage, in the framework of the State’s effort to gradually return to life with full commitment to all preventive measures to avoid infection with the virus.
In light of this, the Prime Minister quickly directed the completion of the preparation of the plan to coexist with the emerging virus “Corona”, in its final form, in coordination between the Ministers of Higher Education, Health and Population, and the Adviser to the President of the Republic on Health and Prevention, in preparation for his announcement soon, highlighting the need to include sanctions.
