Portuguese Jimmy Pacheco led the training sessions of the first soccer team at the Zamalek Club today, after his return last night from a brief vacation he spent in his country.

Pacheco, Marran began today with the Zamalek team meeting with their assistants, as they agreed with their auxiliary apparatus in the program in the next period and to prepare for the Egyptian Cup or the final of the African Champions League against Al- Ahly.

Subsequently, the Portuguese coach followed a meeting with the players before the start of training to motivate them and talk about the importance of the next stage.

The Portuguese coach made it clear to everyone that they have the opportunity to participate, as long as they concentrate, and there is no difference between a basic and non-essential player in Zamalek.

Pacheco, summoned several of the homegrown players, to be with the team in the next match against the Masr Club, which is scheduled to be held next Saturday, in the quarterfinals of the Egyptian Cup.

It was Medhat Abdel Hadi, the assistant coach, who led the team’s training sessions during Jimmy Pacheco’s absence on vacation.

On the other hand, Tunisian international Ferjani Sassi will return to Cairo next Thursday, after his participation with the selection of his country in the qualifying rounds of the next African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, Tunisia and Tanzania.

Zamalek will be on a date with a fierce encounter against Al-Ahly on November 27 in the final of the African Champions League in what was called the “match of the century” by the media.
