The deadline specified by the government and given to citizens to submit requests for reconciliation for violations of their buildings ends on September 30, that is, within 7 days.
It is decided not to extend the deadline for submitting reconciliation requests for violations, as announced by the Council of Ministers in its last statement a few days ago, provided that legal procedures are applied to those who refrain from reconciling.
After the deadline for submitting conciliation requests for building infractions, the law specified how to deal with offenders who refuse to reconcile by various means, the first of which is the demolition of infractions and the shutdown of facilities in in case they cannot be demolished or there is something that prevents it, in addition to the administrative seizure of apartments if the two previous clauses were not applied.
Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly said the government is currently working on the development of a digital system, to create a certificate and a national number for each apartment and property, and only the apartments have been treated.
He added that once the apartment and property registration system is complete, those infringing apartments and properties will not be negotiated or processed.
In a recent statement, the government announced that the campaigns were aimed at preparing campaigns to eliminate the violations of those who refuse to reconcile at the Republican level, starting in early October.
