Ramadan appeared in the picture, embracing the Israeli artist, which has sparked widespread controversy over the photo since its publication.

Elad, who was short in stature, appeared in the picture with Ramadan carrying him by the arm and commented on the picture with the word “King” in English, referring to Ramadan.
