On behalf … urgent decisions of Sisi to transfer several judges to non-judicial positions

The Official Gazette published a series of Republican decisions issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to transfer various judges to some ministries in non-judicial positions.

The President issued Decree No. 522 of 2020, transferring Muhammad Abdul Qadir Ibrahim Abdullah Farjani, President of Category (A) in the Aswan Primary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position , keeping a rank on it.

President El-Sisi issued a presidential decree No. 523 of 2020 that transferred Mei Ashri Muhammad Abdul Jalil, head of the Public Ministry, from category (A) to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to the degree from your current job, keeping your salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 524 of 2020 that transferred Mohamed Ali Abu Al-Hasb Barani Barakat, president of category (A) in the Giza Primary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Development Local equivalent to his current position, maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi issued Decree No. 525 of 2020 to transfer Mohamed Gouda Mohamed Azab, President of Category (A) at the Northern Cairo Primary Court to a non-judicial post in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to grade from your current job, while keeping your salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 526 of 2020 to transfer, without disciplinary action, Abdel Wahab Ramadan Ahmed Ahmed Hegazy, Deputy Prosecutor of the Arbaeen Partial Prosecutor’s Office, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to your current job grade, keeping your salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Presidential Decree No. 527 of 2020 that transferred Judge Hatem Alaa El-Din Abbas Al-Jeddawi, Chairman of the Court of Appeal of Tanta, to a non-judicial post in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to grade from your current job while maintaining your salary.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 528 of 2020 that transferred Counselor Essam Abdel-Hadi Abdel-Hadi Asr, president of the Alexandria Court of Appeal, to a non-judicial post in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to the grade from your current job, keeping your salary there.

President El-Sisi also issued Republican Decree No. 529 of 2020 that transferred Professor Saher Saeed Al-Din Sayed Wahdan, President of Category (A) at the Luxor Primary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position, maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi also issued Presidential Decree No. 530 by 2020 to transfer, by means other than disciplinary, Ibrahim Fattouh Abdel Badie Shaaban, Assistant Prosecutor of the Partial Prosecutor’s Office of the Zagazig Center, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities equivalent to the degree from your current job, keeping your salary on it.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 531 of 2020 to transfer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Fattah Mustafa Abu Amara, Assistant Public Prosecutor of the Garga Partial Prosecutor’s Office, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Social Solidarity equivalent to grade from your current job while keeping your salary at it.
