Swiss Christian Gross, the former technical director of the Zamalek Club, announced the end of his training career, as his last training seasons were with the Saudi team Ahly Jeddah.
According to ” srf sport“Swiss Christian Gross, 65, announced the end of his coaching career, after a career on the bus with soccer, either player or coach, that lasted more than 48 years.
Gross managed to crown the club with Zamalek, the African Confederation Cup title, for the first time in its history, at the expense of the Moroccan Renaissance team from Berkane, in addition to crowning him with the Egyptian title of Super Saudi.
The Swiss coach took over many famous clubs in Europe, especially the English club Tottenham, in addition to the German Stuttgart, Grasshoppers, Basel and Young Boys from Switzerland, and also coached the Al-Ahly teams from Saudi Arabia 3 times.
Gross also crowned Al Ahly in Jeddah, the title of the Saudi League, and the Custodian of the Cup of the Two Holy Mosques.
It is noteworthy that Grose left training for Zamalek last summer, after the end of his contract with White Castle, before wrapping up his training grid with Al-Ahly from Saudi Arabia.
