The African Football Confederation (CAF) announced the dates for the second leg of the Champions League semifinals, and the final will be on November 4 and 27 respectively. The semifinal will be played at the Cairo Stadium and the final at the Burj Al Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
The CAF postponed the African Champions League semi-finals and the final match on Thursday, before setting the date for today’s two matches, in agreement with all parties.
Zamalek will play the second leg of the Champions League semifinals against Raja, at the Cairo Stadium, after winning the first leg 1-0 in Casablanca.
A sufficient statement came as follows:
The CAF Organizing Committee for Club Competitions and Club Licenses announces that the remaining matches of the CAF Total Champions League for this season have been rescheduled as follows:
Semifinal match: Zamalek – Raja on November 4, 2020 at 19:00 GMT (9 p.m. Egyptian time) at the International Stadium in Cairo, Egypt
Final match: the winner of Zamalek and Raja – Al-Ahly on November 27, 2020 at 19:00 GMT (9 PM local Egyptian time) at Burj Al Arab Stadium in Alexandria, Egypt
The postponement was made at the request of the authorities of the host member union, and in accordance with the international protocol on COVID 19.
