The Nile International Certification Unit in charge of the Administration of the Egyptian Nile Schools, affiliated with the Council for Ministers’ Education Development Fund, announced the cancellation of end-of-year exams for all subjects in high school for students of the International Secondary Certificate of the Nile.
The Nile International Certification Unit added that it is fully coordinating with the Cambridge International Commission for Assessment and Education at Cambridge University to assess high school students in all subjects, as follows:
– Prepare teachers for the expected estimation for each student in each academic stage, accompanied by evidence and references from a specialized technical committee for each subject, which includes, among others, the result of short tests, various assessment works, projects and Actions presented by students during the school year and others, and teachers will raise all the evidence based on the estimate.
– Check the Nile International Certification Unit and review and examine all the tests on which the grades were established for each student in each subject and send them to the Cambridge Commission for International Assessment and Education of the University of Cambridge.
The Cambridge International Assessment and Education Authority of the University of Cambridge, in accordance with its regulations, takes all the procedures to audit and review the evidence and make the necessary statistical equations to develop the final assessment for each student in each subject.
The Cambridge International Institute for Assessment and Education at the University of Cambridge will issue the Nile International Secondary Certificate on the date set for next August.
– Students have the right to complain about the result or the grades issued by the certificate in any of the academic subjects in accordance with the procedures that are announced in a timely manner.
The International Nile Certification Unit confirmed that it will provide parents and students with any news regarding the evaluation of students (its mechanisms and requirements) in their email, which the Egyptian Nile Schools address to them, wishing the best to the students.
