Major General Khaled Abdel Aal, Governor of Cairo, issued Decision No. 3967 of 2020 on Reducing the Value of Reconciliation Fees on Building Violations in All Governorate Neighborhoods to Make Things Easy for Citizens.
This reduction is part of the State’s desire to encourage citizens to submit requests for reconciliation for their violations and to legalize their situation in accordance with the law.
The deadline granted by the government in accordance with the Building Violations Reconciliation Law to submit conciliation requests ends on September 30, provided that the deadline for payment of the seriousness of the conciliation fees at 25% of the value of the violation ends September 15.
