Jose Mourinho, the current coach of Tottenham Hotspur, believes that the Brazilian phenomenon Ronaldo is superior to both Juventus player Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi of Barcelona.
The Brazilian player previously played for Real Madrid and Barcelona, and won the World Cup twice, and won the Ballon d’Or Award twice in the years (1997-2002).
“Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi have a longer soccer career than Ronaldo, they have held the summit for 15 years,” Mourinho told LiveScore.
The Portuguese coach continued: “But if we are going to talk about talent and ability, nobody beats Ronaldo Nazario, when I was in Barcelona with Bobby Robson, I realized that he is the best player I have ever seen.”
The current Spurs coach added: “He died from injuries, he could have become a unique player, he couldn’t believe the talent he had when he was 19 years old.”
It is worth noting that Ronaldo played for the Spanish clubs Barcelona and Real Madrid, and defended the shirts for the Italian and Inter Milan clubs before ending his football career with the Brazilian Corinthians.
