Department officials heard the statements of eyewitnesses who confirmed that they heard calls for help from a neighbor in the area demanding the arrest of a semi-naked person who left the apartment, confirming that he was captured with his wife in their bedroom, and the families managed to catch the lover before he tried to escape.
