The Giza General Investigation Department arrested a person accused of sexually assaulting her daughter in the Al-Saf area, and the defendant took advantage of her daughter’s separation from her husband, her return to her family residence, assaulted her sexually and released a report on the incident, and the prosecution initiated the investigation.

Al-Saff Police Station received a report stating that a housewife had been sexually assaulted and accused her father of committing the incident, claiming that she had separated from her husband and returned to live at the residence of his family, but was surprised that he was sexually assaulted and demanded that the necessary legal measures be taken against him and detectives were able to arrest the accused. According to the lady’s account, the father stripped her of the feelings of paternity and woke up in the middle of the night going to her room, and instead of patting her shoulder and hugging her to make up for the cruelty she witnessed in the her husband’s house, he sexually assaulted her.

The father accused of committing the act was arrested and confronted for the crime he committed with his daughter, and was referred to the Public Ministry and the victim was presented to the forensic medicine office to verify the validity of the father’s commission of that crime, determine the circumstances and circumstances of the fact, and identify the validity of her pregnancy by her father as she alleged in the investigations.
