“Al-Fiqi” added during his meeting with the program “It Happens in Egypt” presented by journalist Sherif Amer, on the screen of “MBC Egypt”, on Wednesday, that Israel does not always support the election of an American president for a second term after it gave him advantages in his first term, noting that 70% of Jews did not vote for Trump in the presidential election.

The political thinker, head of the Library of Alexandria, explained that the Democrats were smart in dealing with Israel, noting that any new American president cannot back down from the advantages his predecessor gave Israel.

“Al-Fiqi” believed that Biden could choose another solution to the Palestinian problem, such as raising the economic situation in the Gaza Strip to end the conflict with Israel, and said: “The role of the United States has been withdrawn in the Arab region. in the recent period. “

Al-Fiqi confirmed that Trump used “bullying” to obtain funds from the Middle East region, explaining that he did not give much to the human rights record like other American presidents.

Al-Fiqi noted that Trump showed the world true American character, which could deviate from the rules.

“Al-Fiqi” noted that Biden is one of the most American politicians to visit Egypt, explaining that Biden can work to change the way the United States treats foreign policy, but he will not change public order.

“Al-Fiqi” believed that Egypt’s concern for Biden would be in two areas: the first is “the Renaissance Dam” and the second deals with the Brotherhood, explaining that Trump was sympathetic to the Egyptian vision of the file of the “Dam of the Renaissance “, and its absence will cause Egypt to make more efforts in the archive of the” Renaissance Dam “. .

Al-Fiqi said that Biden could adopt Obama’s point of view on the Brotherhood, which wanted to “Islamize” the region.

He explained that Obama saw the restriction on the Brotherhood as a restriction on the opposition and asked: Will Biden be like him?

Al-Fiqi concluded that Biden can withdraw from the deal, given that it is not acceptable in the Arab world.
