He added: “Despite my deep love for Sundowns, life has brought me a new challenge, after almost 8 years of working at Sundowns and achieving 11 championships, but I need a new experience that will take me out of the region I am in. used”.
He added: “Although I have 4 more years in my contract with Sundowns, this great opportunity would not have come if I had not been part of Sundowns that won the African Champions League.”
He concluded: “I received an offer that will take me to a new level, and I have already received this offer and satisfied the management of Sundowns, so I would like to thank the president for my time at the club, the great support I received and the success that came from teamwork. “
Musimane is expected to rise to the leadership of Al-Ahly starting next October, following the departure of Swiss Rene Fyler.
