Kahraba was blocked inside the penalty area in the 38th minute of the match, so referee Jihad Greisha turned to video technology to make his decision, then came back announcing that Al-Ahly would be awarded a penalty kick.

Amr Al-Soulia decided to take the penalty in the 39th minute of the match, to place it on the far left of the field, scoring the first goals for Al-Ahly, despite Abu Al-Saud’s attempt to stop him.
