Mortada Mansour reveals the secret of not getting Razzak Cisse back … and takes care of what Zamalek needs

Mortada Mansour, former president of the Zamalek club, revealed the reasons for not returning Razzaq Cisse, the loaned team forward, to Alexandria’s Al-Ittihad for the fourth consecutive season.

Mortada Mansour added that the meaning of Razzaq Cisse’s return to Zamalek becomes Hamid Haddad as a free player, and he has the right to leave the club without financial compensation, especially since the Moroccan player’s agent was willing to delay his return until decide the list of foreign players in Zamalek for the official departure of the White Castle, which would have cost the treasury. The club is worth one and a half million dollars (almost 24 million pounds), which prompted us to preserve the rights of the club, especially since Haddad was the top scorer in the Moroccan League last season.

He stressed that the solution to the foreign player crisis came with the decision to transfer Razzaq Cisse to the Alexandria Federation for £ 4 million per season.

The former president of the Zamalek club continued with his remarks saying: “Ahmed Rifaat, the Zamalek player who is transferred to Al Masry, we have two players in his position the size of Ahmed El Sayed Zizou and Bin Sharqi.”
