Zamalek fans want to solve the problem of renewing Tunisian international Ferjani Sassi’s contract with Zamalek as soon as possible, especially with reports of an offer from Al-Ahly and Pyramids to kidnap the Carthage Eagles team star.
Murtaza Mansour wanted to reassure Zamalek fans that Ferjani Sassi would remain within the walls of Castillo Blanco and renew the player’s contract with Club Blanco.
The president of Castillo Blanco said in a telephone interview with Zamalek TV that Ferjani Sassi and Youssef Obama will sign their new contracts with the club after the white team’s match against Smouha Alexandria next Thursday on the 26th day of the Premier League.
Sassi and Obama’s contract expires at the end of next season with Zamalek, and they will enter the free period in January.
Mortada Mansour highlighted her refusal to postpone Zamalek’s matches against Moroccan Raja in the semifinals of the African Champions League, after reports indicated that the matches would be played in October.
The president of Zamalek revealed that Mohamed Fadl, a member of the Five-Year Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, sought in coordination with the Moroccan teams to postpone the semi-finals of the African Champions League.
Mansour explained that Zamalek are the team that has benefited the most from the return of the Premier League after improving their position from fourth to second and moving closer to the decision to win the CAF Champions League next year.
Mortada Mansour launched an attack on Hassan Mostafa, president of the International Handball Federation, for not being invited to attend the ceremony for the draw for the Handball World Cup, to be held next year in Egypt.
The Zamalek president said the party was almost sponsored by the Egyptian Handball Federation, not Hassan Mustafa, and a symbol of the Zamalek club should have been invited.
