“Moral Censors” … investigations of the murder of the “Lady of Peace”: She jumped from the “balcony” terrified with “all her clothes”

The Cairo Prosecutor’s Office revealed the details of the incident of the “Lady of Peace” falling from the sixth floor and accusing the owner of the property, his wife and the guard of having killed her, after accusing her of practicing immorality with her boyfriend.

The investigations reported that in the initial discussion about the body of the victim it was found that he was wearing all his clothes at the time of the crime, which is a “tring”, that the cause of death was crushed in the skull, and the Prosecutor’s Office decided to detain the accused for 4 days pending investigations, and demanded that the security services conclude the investigations and listen to the statements of the eyewitnesses of the residents of the property.

The investigations indicated that the defendants broke into the victim’s apartment under the pretext of practicing immorality with her friend, and were vigilant of her morals and society and did not inform the official authorities of the fact, for which she was beaten, as that as well as her friend who was found with the victim in her apartment, which caused the victim to jump from the balcony of the house, scared by the accused and fearing scandal, in the midst of the presence of a large number of neighbors of the property.

Officers from the Peace Police Department received a report from a resident of the property about the fall of a woman from the sixth floor of the department’s department. Investigative officers traveled to the scene of the accident, and upon examination and investigation it was found that the deceased was named “Dr. S ”, 34, suffered skull fractures, the Public Ministry and the body was transferred to the morgue to find the cause of death.

The security services heard the statements of eyewitnesses from the residents of the property, and at first the owner of the property confirmed that the victim was going through a psychological crisis and committed suicide by throwing herself from the sixth floor.

Investigations revealed the involvement of the property owner, his wife, and the guard in the victim’s death and causing her to fall from the heights after she was beaten and her apartment door smashed, claiming that a friend had seen her. inside of her. Department. Once the procedures and investigations had been codified, the accused were seized, a report of the events was drawn up and they were sent to the Public Ministry for investigation.

Meanwhile, the victim’s brother accused the owner of the property, his wife and 4 other people of killing his sister by throwing her from the sixth floor, after doubting her behavior that there was a relationship between her and another person, stating that her sister is an employee of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in the Salam area, and everyone knows her reputation.

The victim’s brother revealed the truth about the man who was found inside the apartment of his victim’s sister, and said during the investigations that he was “a well-known sugar cane worker in the area who saw my sister’s apartment to change the tube ”, justifying her presence late at night because she was busy all day at her job as a nurse.

He continued that his sister’s door was not closed in the presence of the sugarcane, and it did not break as reported, but 6 people entered, including the owner of the property, his wife and the guard, and they beat them, and asked him to remove her clothes to photograph her naked and present her to the security services, verifying that the victim confronted them, her request was rejected and it was completed. He threw it from the sixth floor.

He confirmed that his sister “has a heavy weight and the balcony wall is high, making it difficult to pull away from him without interference from others.” He added that the victim was married for a time and had 3 children from her marriage, the oldest of whom was the first grade of high school.

Although the National Council for Women condemned the occurrence of the accident and the victim’s fall from the sixth floor on suspicion of his behavior, Dr. Maya Morsi, head of the Council, expressed her pain in an official statement, saying: “We reject all forms of violence and harassment against women, and Egypt will always raise the flag of the law and the state of the institutions and reject a group of individuals attacking each other within the community.”
