It added: “In the judgment referred to by Voice of Cairo it was never mentioned that the Voice of Cairo Company owns the works of Umm Kulthum. On the contrary, the court said that Stars for Artistic Production owns the rights to exploit These works, and that it authorized Cairo Voice to exploit them.
