Mohamed Sharif: I will score more goals with Al-Ahly than with Enppi

Mohamed Sharif, the Al-Ahly player returning from a loan at Enppi, confirmed that he had received several offers after his brilliance with the oil team.

In televised remarks on MBC Egypt’s “Al-Allaib”, Sharif stated that his contract with Al-Ahly spans two seasons.

The Al-Ahly player revealed his meeting with the team’s coach, Pitso Mosimane, after returning to training: “Musimani held a session with the four players who were returning from loan, and spoke well with us to support us in the first session with the team”.

Sharif promised Al-Ahly fans that they will look good with the team next season, saying: “I will score more goals with Al-Ahly than I scored with Enppi last season.”

Sharif scored 14 goals for the oil team last season to enter the fight for the league’s top scorer title with Abdullah Al-Saeed.

He also held onto the player opportunity as a fundamental element: “There are many distinguished players in my positions at Al-Ahly club, and I will do my best to play a fundamental.”

And on his brilliance with the national team in his first appearance against Togo: “I was training well as a coach of the national team. The opportunity to play is available to all players. I was not surprised, and the opportunities are equal, and I received the congratulations from all the national team players after my goal in the Togo game. “

Sherif scored the national team’s second goal against Togo in the match, which ended with the Egyptian team’s victory three to one, to move closer to qualifying for the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

Sharif also expressed his wish that the Al-Ahly club be crowned in the CAF Champions League, where Zamalek will meet on November 27 at the Cairo Stadium in the final of the tournament.
