Mohamed Salah, former coach of Tanta Club, confirmed that José Mourinho, the famous coach, will not be able to lead Tanta if there is still a group of players who believe they are owners of the club.
And Mohamed Salah left the team’s training recently after he took over the leadership of the team to succeed Ayman Al-Muzayn, and after his departure, Ahmed Sami took over responsibility for the team, but also left within days.
“The fans of Tanta know the real reasons for the decrease of the team in the level of results, but nobody faces, there are no arrears, and the president of the club paid the players all their fees,” said Mohamed Salah in statements at the program “BE ONTIME” from the channel “On Time Sports”.
He continued: “Tanta’s condition will not be adequate in the presence of that group, even if Mourinho is present as the team’s technical director.”
He stressed: “I told Fayez Oreibi, the president of the club, what I want to do and he told me that he supports me. He is a respectable person and does not interfere with anyone’s work.”
“But I assure you that the problem is with some players, they are the reason for what happens,” he said. “They think they are the owners of the club and they are stronger than everyone else, and unfortunately there are people within the club who help them with that.”
And he concluded: “If that group continues in the team, it will definitely fall to the second class, and it will not rise as well if they continue. That group must be eradicated.”
Tanta ranks last in the league table, with 17 points.
