Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, stood alone with a new record during his career with the Reds in the Premier League.
And Liverpool’s official social media accounts posted a stat that showed the best goal rate among Reds players in Premier League history, who participated in 50 or more games with the team.
Mohamed Salah tops the list as he has the best goal-per-game rate among Reds players in the history of the English Premier League (0.695 goals per game).
The 28-year-old scored 82 goals in 118 Premier League appearances for Liverpool over four seasons, since joining the Reds from Roma in the 2017/2018 season.
The statistic was limited to players who participated in 50 or more games for Liverpool.
The list is as follows:
1- Mohamed Salah (0.695 goals per game) scored 82 goals in 118 games.
2- Fernando Torres (0.637 goals per game), scored 56 goals in 102 games.
3- Luis Suárez (0.627 goals per game), scored 118 goals in 216 games.
4- Michael Owen (0.546 goals per game) scored 118 goals in the 2016 games.
5- Sadio Mane (0.489 goals per game), scored 67 goals in 137 games.
