Mamish added, during her interview with journalist Amr Adib, on the “Al-Hekaya” program broadcast on the channel “mbc Egypt” on Sunday night, that the Suez Canal Authority is making a tremendous effort for the good of Egypt’s reputation. , explaining that the channel has its status as global and has not closed for 54 years, due to certain circumstances it will not close again and current experience will be used so that this matter does not happen again.
And the former head of the Suez Canal Authority continued: “What happened is that the ship coming from China to Holland was filled with air and therefore collided with the rocky and sandy area”, explaining that what happened was related to the captain and not with the guide and the first and last responsibility in the problem of the delinquent ship rests with the commander, since he is responsible for the navigation and safety operation.
