“Meteorology” publishes a map of the expected rainfall from Saturday to Thursday

Today Friday, the Meteorological Authority published a map that includes the locations of rainfall expected until next Thursday, as follows :

On Saturday, October 31, 2020:

• Light to moderate rains in some areas of the western coasts of the country (Sallum – Matrouh – Alexandria).
• Light to medium rains, sometimes thunderstorms, over areas of the mountain ranges of the Red Sea and central and southern Sinai (Halayeb – Shalateen – Ras Banas – Catherine …
• Light rains in northern and southern parts of Upper Egypt (Minya – Assiut – Lake Nasser – Abu Simbel …).

Sunday, November 1, 2020:

• Light to moderate rain in some areas of Greater Cairo (Cairo – Qalyubia – Giza).
• Light to moderate rains in some areas of Lower Egypt (Baltim – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira …)
• Light to moderate rains in some areas of the northern coasts of the country (Salloum – Matrouh – Alexandria – Rashid).
• Moderate rains, sometimes thunderstorms, can reach torrent levels in areas of the Red Sea mountain ranges (Halayeb – Shalateen – Ras Banas – Al Qusayr – Marsa Alam – Hurghada – Zafarana – Ras Gharib).
• Light to moderate rains, sometimes thunderstorms, can reach the level of torrents in central and southern Sinai (Catherine – Ras Sidr …).
• Light to moderate rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of the north and south of Upper Egypt (Fayoum – Minya – Assiut – Sohag – Luxor …).

On Monday, November 02, 2020:

• Light rains in some areas of Greater Cairo (Cairo – Qalyubia – Giza).
• Light rains in some areas of Lower Egypt (Baltim – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira …).
• Light to moderate rainfall in some areas of the northern and northern coasts of Sinai (Sallum – Matrouh – Alexandria – Rashid – Port Said – Al Arish – …….).
• Light to medium rains, sometimes thunderstorms, over areas of the Red Sea mountain ranges (Halayeb – Shalateen – Ras Banas – Al Qusayr – …..).
• Light to moderate rainfall in some areas of (Zafarana – Ras Ghareb – Hurghada).
• Light to moderate rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in central and southern Sinai and in the canal cities (Suez – Catherine – Ras Sidr – ….).

On Tuesday, November 3, 2020:

• Light to moderate rains in some areas of the north coasts (Salloum – Matrouh – Alexandria – Rashid – Port Said – Al Arish – …….).
• Light rains in some areas of northern Lower Egypt (Baltim – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira).
• Light to medium rainfall in some areas of the southern Red Sea mountain ranges (Halayeb – Shalateen).

Wednesday, November 04, 2020:

• Moderate rains in some areas of the northern coasts (Salloum – Matrouh – Alexandria – Rashid – Port Said – Al-Arish – …….).
