The Meteorological Authority revealed that the country is expected to witness from today, Wednesday, November 25, to Friday, November 27, a state of instability in weather conditions, according to the following:

Today Wednesday November 25:

Heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of the northern coasts (Alexandria – Matrouh Salloum – Rashid – Damietta – Port Said – Al Arish – Rafah).

Medium to heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of Lower Egypt (Kafr El Sheikh, Buhaira, Dakahlia – Gharbia – Eastern – Menoufia). Light to moderate rainfall in the north of Upper Egypt (Faiyum – Beni Suef – Minya).

This is accompanied by a decrease in temperatures and wind activity on the northern coasts and Lower Egypt, which increases the feeling of cold.

Thursday, November 26

Heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of the north coast (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum Rashid – Damietta – Port Said – Arish – Rafah).

Medium to heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of Lower Egypt (Kafr El Sheikh Al Buhaira – Dakahlia – Al Gharbia – Al Sharqia – Menoufia).

Moderate to heavy rains in some areas of the northern coasts (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum Rashid – Baltim – Damietta – Port Said – Arish – Rafah).

Moderate rain in some areas of Lower Egypt (Kafr El Sheikh Al Buhaira – Al Dakahlia Al Gharbia – Al Sharqia – Menoufia).

As for Greater Cairo, it is expected that Greater Cairo will witness from Wednesday, November 25 to Thursday, November 26, moderate rains, accompanied by a decrease in temperatures and wind activity, which increases the feeling of cold .

The Meteorological Authority confirmed that it would like to take all necessary preparations and measures to limit the effects of the rain, and explained that the forecasts are updated daily.
