Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department of the General Meteorology Authority, revealed that the country is witnessing opportunities for light rain in areas of Greater Cairo, light rain in areas of Lower Egypt, light rain in areas of Alexandria, Matrouh, Rashid and Baltim, and light and medium rains in areas of Damietta, Port Said and Arish.
