Zamalek’s player Imam Ashour attended the team’s group training exercises, which are currently held at Abdullatif Abu Rujaila Stadium, following the player’s participation with the Olympic team in the recent friendly tournament.
Mohamed Sobhi, goalkeeper, and Mohamed Abdel Salam, duo of Zamalek Club’s first soccer team, will hold group training exercises on Thursday.
This came after their participation with the Olympic team, recently, where they had a break from training today, by the coaching staff of the team led by Jaime Pacheco.
The first half of the Zamalek Club soccer team, who participated with the Egyptian team in their last camp, and are Muhammad Abu Jabal, Tariq Hamed, Mahmoud Alaa, Mahmoud Hamdy “Al-Wansh”, Ahmed Sayed “Zizou” and Mustafa Muhammad , at the team’s collective training on Thursday.
This comes after his return from Togo today, after his participation with the national team in the African qualifiers for the next final phase of the Nations Cup in Cameroon.
The technical and administrative staff of the team were willing to reassure and communicate with Medhat Abdel Hadi, the team’s general coach, after the medical swab confirmed that he was infected with the Coronavirus.
Muhammad Osama, the head of the team’s medical staff, contacted Abdel Hadi to follow up on his health. Where he was reassured in the absence of symptoms, some medical tests were carried out and a treatment protocol was developed for him to recover.
Abdul Hadi is absent from Maran today due to the start of medical protocol and isolation.
José Pedro, the team’s load coach, developed a special rehabilitation and physical program for the players on the sidelines of the training session currently taking place at the Abdullatif Abu Rajaila Stadium. Where the focus was on the muscular aspect and strengthening it in the paragraph the players struggled, along with some stretching and other physical aspects, and the players were divided into two groups that performed special ball exercises.
The coaching staff was assured of the preparation of Ahmed Eid, the team’s right back, following his training with the team following his return from youth camp.
The player regularly participates in training sessions and conducts several training sessions to ensure his preparation for the upcoming matches.
Ahmed Sayed “Zizou”, player of the Zamalek Club first soccer team, held a recovery session today in the club’s gym.

The team continues its preparations to face its Egyptian counterpart next Saturday at the new Suez Stadium, as part of the last eight matches of the Egyptian Cup.
