The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade has provided a number of services through the Egypt Support website and the Egypt digital portal, including:
Issue a new ration card
Social separation (obtaining an independent ration card)
Inclusion of family members (wife – children)
Removing a replacement for a lost or damaged supply card
Change the province of the ration card
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade warned citizens with ration cards when using the Egypt Support website to obtain rationing services electronically that if any fraud is found in any of the card data, the following will be done:
1- Definitively cancel the card.
2- Legal responsibility for making incorrect statements in official documents.
The approval of the warning message was established by the Ministry of Supply as a condition for citizens to obtain supply services electronically through the Egypt Support website.
The echo of the country is presented in the following steps:
Second: Click Start Service
Third: Enter the ration allocation data and governorate in the national number.
Fourth: Choose the catering administration and catering office for your place of residence.
Fifth: you can add one or more people to the ration card.
Sixth: Click the box next to the people you want to add.
Seventh: Read the terms and conditions and press Accept.
Click Next
Eighth: Enter the address with which you want to receive the card in detail.
Click Next
Ninth: All the data you entered will be displayed for your review, and you can amend or approve it, view a summary of the request and confirm it.
Tenth: You can pay the fees using payment cards or through a collection representative
