Liverpool beat Arsenal in the third round of the “Premier League”

Liverpool beat Arsenal (3-1) in the summit match that brought them together at “Anfield” on Monday, at the end of the third day of the English Premier League.

Portuguese striker Diego Guetta concluded the local team’s hat-trick, just two minutes from the end of normal playing time.

Defending champion Liverpool achieved their third victory in a row and advanced to runner-up position with the full score with 9 points, behind the goal difference of leader Leicester City.

While Arsenal suffered the first defeat in the new season after two consecutive victories, and fell to fifth place in the league standings with 6 points.
