Steps to file a complaint electronically:

1- Entering the official website of the Public Ministry

2- Click on the claim icon.

3- Selection of claims for vehicle licenses.

4- Write the national number in the designated field and click on the details of the offense.

5- All the infringements owed on the vehicle object of consultation, and their details, appear on the screen, the minimum and maximum value of the fine owed.

6- Determine the violation you want to complain about and the reason for the complaint, then press “complaint”.

7- The terms and conditions of the electronic service used will appear on the screen. If approved, press Accept.

8- The basic data for the vehicle license will appear on the screen, edit the personal data in the personal fields designated for that, and then click on Send the request.

9- The data of the claim receipt and its application number appear on the screen. Save the number to use for tracking.

Violations that can be reconciled
The traffic law stipulates that conciliation in traffic offenses is allowed by immediate payment of half of the prescribed minimum fines, and the law defines 3 methods.

Pay a post office within three days of the commission of the offense

Violations that may not be reconciled

6- Intentionally interrupting traffic

7- Assault on a member of the traffic

8- Refrain from loading passengers or requesting a higher rate than the prescribed one, or transporting more passengers than prescribed.

10- Use more than one driver’s license illegally

11- Driving tuk-tuks without a license

12- Failure to report the cause of an accident in which people were injured and do not attend to their assistance

13- Do not report the driver of the vehicle or do not instruct the traffic police about him
