And after reviewing the system of attention to officials, issued by Royal Decree N ° (M / 43) of 8/28/1393 AH, and its modifications.
And after reviewing the two Royal Orders No. (A / 137) on 6/10/1439 AH, and No. (A / 267) on 9/26/1438 AH.
And based on what was referred by His Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to the Supervisory and Anti-Corruption Authority about the suspicious financial transactions that were monitored in the Ministry of Defense and the request to investigate them, and what was presented by the Authority on the existence of financial corruption in the Ministry, and its relationship with the Lieutenant General / Fahd. Bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Prince / Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and various public officials and officials and others.
