Director Khaled Youssef announced his return to Egypt, to attend the funeral of his late brother “Salah” this Wednesday at noon.

Youssef wrote, through his personal account on the site “Facebook”: “My destiny is to return to my country, and the last smell of my father’s goodness and my mother’s patience is gone.”

He added: “We are going to my brother’s body on Wednesday after the noon prayer in the family cemeteries. I ask you to pray, and God does not see you as hated in your loved ones.”

Director Khaled Youssef announced, on Tuesday night, the death of his brother, “Salah,” from his infection with the Corona virus, and wrote through his account on the site “Facebook”: “My brother Salah has gone”.

Khaled Youssef announced his contagion with Corona on January 31, and in mid-February he announced his recovery. He also revealed that his brother, Salah, was infected with the virus, and wrote: “His calls for the situation to pass in peace and his calls to my brother, whose condition is still critical.”

A source close to director Khaled Youssef revealed to “Masrawy” in recent days that he is preparing to return to Egypt after an absence of more than two years he spent outside the country with his wife, the international plastic artist, Shalimar. Sharbatly and her daughter.

The source noted that “Youssef” is not wanted due to any court case, and that he has the right to return to his homeland at any time, adding that “Khaled” has never been separated from the troubles of his homeland, and that He spent the last months preparing more than one film project, to resume his Technical activities after his return to Egypt.
