Ashraf Abdel Aziz, lawyer for Mahmoud Abdel Moneim “Kahraba”, the Al-Ahly player, revealed that his client’s position is strong according to documents submitted to FIFA.
The player’s lawyer added, in statements via Yallakora on Wednesday: “We are awaiting a FIFA session to consider the appeal that has been filed against the fine of the player Mahmoud Abdel Moneim“ Kahraba ”.
He continued: “Our legal position is solid according to the documents we have submitted.”
The player’s lawyer continued: “I am currently contacting Kahraba’s Italian lawyer at FIFA, to find out when to consider this appeal against the penalty.
The International Football Association decided to impose an economic sanction on the player Mahmoud Abdel Moneim “Kahraba” of 2 million dollars after his departure from Zamalek last summer to the Portuguese team, Deportivo Avis.
Kahraba moved to the ranks of Al-Ahly in the last winter transfer market, coming from the Portuguese national team, to participate with the Portuguese team in 17 games, through which he managed to score four goals in exchange for scoring three decisive goals.
