The Egyptian Olympic Committee decided to suspend Murtaza Mansour from practicing sports for a period of four years, and remove him from his position as president of the Zamalek Club, in addition to paying a fine, due to the multiple complaints filed against him. while forcing Zamalek to elect a new president.
Al-Erian said in a comment about Mansour’s rejection of the Egyptian Olympic Committee’s decision: “If the Zamalek president does not recognize the Olympic Committee, why did he complain to the committee a few days ago against Al-Ahly?”
It should be noted that Zamalek will face Raja of Morocco in the second leg of the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League on October 18 and 24.
