The victim appeared, accompanied by her lawyer, Dr. Ahmed Mahran, in front of the First Montazah Prosecutor’s Office in Alexandria, after the investigations were completed, and appeared in a difficult state of health and was unable to move.

The Public Ministry had received a medical report that the victim was seriously injured in different places on her body, for which she went to the hospital to ask him, and stated that her husband attacked her with a knife due to their marital quarrels, then took her to a car and called her brother to call him, then he came accompanied by another, and she listened to his arguments and guidance Her husband’s brother blamed him for transgressing her and exceeding what was agreed, then they discussed how to get rid of her and escape what he did , so her husband at that time promised that he would continue the assault against her to terrorize her so that she would not denounce him, then he called his mother and she listened to his conversations and the incitement of his son to throw the victim into the sea that she begged him in return, he negotiated with her for not reporting it and for taking her to the hospital for approval, and the victim confirmed in her testimony that her husband had assaulted her at the instigation of his brother and his mother.
Police inquiries into the incident indicated that the reporter’s husband attacked her with a knife because of the differences between them. The Public Ministry ordered his capture and transfer, and when questioned, denied what is attributed to him in relation to his attempt. to kill his wife, and admitted that he attacked her with a knife because of the disagreements between them, without trying to kill her.
