The President of the Olympic Committee addressed the interested authorities, represented by Amr Al-Ganaini, President of the Five-Year Committee, about the need to apply the text of the sanctions approved by the Olympic Committee on October 3, which stipulates that Mansour must be suspended from any sporting activity for a period of 4 years.
The Egyptian Olympic Committee had decided to suspend Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek for 4 years, and fine him 100,000 pounds, not to represent his team in sports regarding the White Castle, not to assume the presidency of any meeting or general assembly or the Zamalek’s board of directors throughout the period and does not count his signature in relation to the club. And if the decision is implemented and Mortada insists on attending Zamalek’s games, his team will be considered a loser.
Mohamed Fadl, member of the five-year committee in charge of the management of the Football Association, confirmed that the board of directors of the Al-Ahly and Zamalek clubs will attend the game from the stadium and their permits have been obtained.
He said in televised statements that according to the letter from the Egyptian Olympic Committee on the president of the Zamalek club, he will not attend the match – with emphasis on his respect for all – with an invitation to a “representative” of the club president, in compliance with the decision. of the Egyptian Olympic Committee to suspend Mortada Mansour, president of the Zamalek Club.
