Imprisonment of the accused for running over a policeman on the ring road and seizing surveillance cameras at the scene of the accident

The Qalioub Prosecutor’s Office ordered the arrest of the defendant by running over police officer Mustafa Abdel Jalil of the General Traffic Department during his escape on the Qalioub ring road. The prosecution requested the investigation of the investigations into the incident and asked about the status of the injured police chief to ask him

The Public Ministry also ordered the emptying of the surveillance cameras that are kept in custody at the scene of the accident to indicate the circumstances and circumstances of the incident.

The defendant, Fayez AS, admitted that he was driving the bus with his brilliance and insane speed as the martyr officer asked him about his license, and when he learned that the officer had fallen under the bus, he tried to escape hastily, but fell into the claws of the devices and the security services kept the accused and the bus in custody.

The security services of Qalyubia managed to identify the driver who caused the accident of Major Mustafa Abdel Jalil in the General Traffic Department, where it was found that the defendant was called “Fayez AA”, the driver of the car, “178” ADN “a passenger bus ”from Tanan village, Qalioub center, and confessed in detail to commit the incident.

On the other hand, the people from his “Abu Khadra” farm in Shebin al-Qanater Minya, affiliated with the Shebin al-Qanater Center, the body of the martyr Mustafa Abdel Jalil, and was buried in the family cemetery, where people gathered to bury the body.

A relative of the martyr said he has three children, the eldest of whom is named “15-year-old Ahmed”, “10-year-old” and “Muhammad is 5 years-old,” and noted that he concluded that they believed the martyr officer was martyred in the Sinai as soon as they heard the news of his martyrdom.

And I took surveillance cameras on the ring road and agricultural road in an attempt to reveal the identity of the driver accused of running over the martyred officer Mustafa Abdel Jalil, and the security services examined several surveillance cameras on the road, and the security services they also kept a camera installed in a booth on the ring road, which helped reach the perpetrator of the incident.

While eyewitnesses confirmed that the martyr officer stopped the driver in Nazlat Qalioub above the ring to ask him about driving licenses, but the driver stopped and when the officer approached him, he sped the bus and the officer got stuck in the door of the bus and fell under its wheels and ran faster.

Witnesses added that the officer accompanying the committee was busy calling an ambulance to try to save him while the bus and its commander disappeared.

Major Mustafa Abdel Jalil, Police of the General Traffic Department, died on the Nazlet Qalioub agricultural road, on the ring road, after a bus collided with him while the officer tried to stop his commander, for which he refused , escaped and died before reaching the hospital.

Although the accident resulted in the injury of a police officer, while the bus captain escaped, and the route of the driver was traced until he was arrested and the prosecution took over the investigation, for which he ordered authorization to bury the body of the martyr and reserve the accused for early presentation for investigation.
