Mortada Mansour faces several communications and trials that have not been addressed due to her parliamentary immunity that prevented her from investigating with him and her appearance for these communications by virtue of being a member of the House of Representatives. Cases and communications brought against members of Parliament are expected to be considered, at the forefront of which is Mortada Mansour, former president of the Zamalek Club after lifting of parliamentary immunity.

Mortada Mansour faces 22 complaints against her in the last five years, which have not been investigated due to the parliamentary immunity she enjoyed, and the accusations regressed between insulting public and sports figures and wasting 12 million pounds of the Zamalek club’s money. .

Last August, lawyer Samir Sabry filed a complaint with the Attorney General against Mortada Mansour, accusing him of expelling the Minister of Youth and Sports at the inauguration ceremony of the new facilities and gymnasiums of the White Club.

He also made a statement against the former president of the Zamalek club, a statement that insults the Egyptian people, by posting a video in which he insulted the Egyptian people and vowed to divorce that “in Egypt there is no man.”

Mortada Mansour faces a complaint filed by Muhammad Othman, former legal adviser of the Al-Ahly Club, to the Public Prosecutor, for insulting and defaming him for being the legal adviser of the Al-Ahmar club, scratching his reputation and challenging his offer, without evidence.
