I wrote – Reham Hamdi:
Abdel-Hamid Al-Ajouz, owner of the company “Wadi Al-Nile Sports”, which had the sponsorship contract of Salah Mohsen while he was a player in the ranks of Enppi, confirmed that today, Monday, he obtained a court ruling to obtain the 25% of the value of the player’s transfer contract to Al-Ahly.
The crisis arose between the two sides after Salah Mohsen moved into Al-Ahly’s ranks in January 2018, where the old man confirmed that there is a sponsorship contract between him and the player that allows him to get a 25% rate from reselling the player to any other club after joining the oil team.
The elders said in statements by Laila Koura: “The Zagazig Court of First Instance issued its ruling to obtain 25% of the value of Salah Mohsen’s contract.”
He added: “The Al-Ahly player appealed the court’s decision, it was accepted in form and rejected as a matter.”
He continued: “The court decided to support the previous ruling to compel Salah Mohsen to pay that percentage.”
He continued: “After two months, I took the executive formula declaring that I am entitled to receive the amount of £ 2 million and £ 750,000 of the value of his Al-Ahly contract.”
He concluded: “Legal measures will be taken to confiscate his property, and the Al-Ahly club will be contacted with a copy of the ruling.”
