Amr Al-Soulia, the star of the Al-Ahly club, thanked former Al-Ahly players Sherif Ikrami, Ahmed Fathy and Hussam Ashour, the senior team, as well as Ramadan Sobhi, for the role they played with the team within and outside the stadium.

The Al-Ahly club won the CAF Champions League after beating Zamalek with two goals to one, to be crowned the ninth championship in its history.
Moamen Zakaria, the Al-Ahly player, appeared at the team’s crowning ceremony in the African Champions League, after Al-Ahly defeated Zamalek in the final of the tournament, with the result of two goals per goal, in the game that was played on Friday night at the Cairo Stadium.
Goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy accompanied his teammates at Al-Ahly, Moamen Zakaria, to be in front of the coronation podium, where he raised the championship cup among the rest of the players, in a wonderful gesture from the Football Confederation Africano (CAF), who invited him to attend the final.
Al-Ahly were able to clinch the CAF Champions League title for the ninth time in their history, at the expense of Zamalek, who were seeking the sixth title.
With that result, Al-Ahly qualified for the Club World Cup after an absence that lasted years, and will also compete in the African Super Cup on 10 December against the Moroccan rebirth of Berkane who won the Confederation title.
