How to apply:
Whoever wants to request reservations for residential apartments in Egypt must submit an application to the Housing and Development Bank, and pay an amount of 500 pounds against the bidding book, and an amount of 70 thousand pounds of serious reserve for the unit in the project ” Housing Egypt “, and it is presented with the reservation form, and the payment of 20% of the total The unit value in addition to (1% administrative expenses + 0.5% patronage) of the unit value within a period not exceeding one month from the date of assignment.
Way to pay:
The remainder of the unit value of 80% of the total price will be paid according to the following: 10% of the unit price will be paid within 6 months from the date of allocation, 10% of the total unit price will be paid before of receipt and the rest of the unit price will be paid in equal quarterly installments over a period of 3 years. Without interest, the first installment is paid after 3 months from the date of receipt, and the rest of the value can be paid in equal quarterly installments over a period of 5 years or 7 years, accruing interest on the debtor’s balance during more than 3 years, equal to the interest rate declared at the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of the offer. In addition to 2% + (collection rates of 0.5%).
The first installment is due 3 months from the date of receipt of the unit, with post-dated checks presented in installments before receipt, and the real estate financing system is allowed to be processed in accordance with the initiative of the Central Bank, provided that the Applicant, his wife and minor children have not previously obtained a housing unit or a plot of land within the social housing project.
