On September 6, the Social Housing and Real Estate Financing Support Fund will begin reserving apartments for the Jannah, Dar Al Misr and Egyptian Housing projects, with precedence over the allocation, provided that the reservation continues until the 27th of the same month.
The reservation steps are for the applicant to enter the website again with the national number and password, and a screen appears showing the basic data in the previously registered form (for reference only).
A screen appears representing the data of the units available for the reservation ordered as follows (governorate – city – region – unit type – architecture number – unit number) and then press the confirmation key with the ability to print all the data on the form, confirming that the assignment has priority over the electronic reservation (online).
575 homes were offered, with surfaces ranging from 130-140 square meters, at prices ranging between 672,945 and 981,750 Egyptian pounds, with the “Dar Misr” project, in 4 new cities (May 15 – Tenth of Ramadan – Sadat – October Gardens).
The Jannah project will offer 1,005 housing units ranging from 100 to 150 square meters, at prices ranging between 754,800 and 1,674,270 Egyptian pounds, in 4 new cities (October 6 – El Obour – New Damietta – Sheikh Zayed) .
691 housing units, with surfaces ranging from 106 to 118 square meters, at prices ranging from 364,000 to 948,454 Egyptian pounds, were offered for the “Housing in Egypt” project in 5 new cities (New October – New Minya – West Qena – Nasser west of Assiut – New Cairo).
