The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the adoption of several learning sources in the face of the spread of the new Corona virus pandemic, through digital educational platforms through the Internet on the ministry’s website, or satellite channels as educational channels and YouTube channels.

The start of tomorrow, Saturday, the beginning of the new school year, amid strict precautionary measures against the spread of Corona, to preserve the health of students and those responsible for the educational process.

Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, confirmed that the exceptional circumstances for this year in light of the Corona pandemic force the ministry to search for the diversity of sources of learning.

Shawky added, speaking to “Masrawy”, that there is more than one source of learning, not just relying on the Internet, and explained that the greatest reliance on school and educational channels is before the Internet.

The Ministry of Education launched a series of e-learning platforms, in addition to educational satellite channels on television and YouTube, as follows:

1- The “Zakir” digital library, click here

2- Live streaming platform of virtual classes for middle and high school student reviews, click here

3- Egypt Knowledge Bank, click here

4- Request a teacher request, to exchange questions and discussions between students and teachers.

5- Edmodo platform for communication and research presentation, click here
