A legal delegation representing the president of Zamalek, accompanied by a “reporter” from the Administrative Court, went on Monday to the headquarters of the Egyptian Olympic Committee to inform the committee of the date of consideration of the appeal presented by the president of the White Castle in the Council of State against the decision to suspend it for a period of 4 years.

Al-Watan Sport learned that the suspended president of Zamalek has not yet filed a complaint with the Center for Arbitration and Arbitration, and violated the legal procedures stipulated in the Sports Law No. 71, which provides for recourse to the Center for Arbitration and Arbitration of the Olympic Committee, but the accused filed an appeal. On the decision before the Administrative Judicial Power, for refusing to implement the law.

The Egyptian Olympic Committee, headed by Hisham Hatab, notified Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, to remove the president of the Zamalek club from his position and suspend him for a period of 4 years.

The Olympic Committee sent an official letter to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, indicating the implementation of the decision and not addressing him in his capacity as president of the Zamalek club.

The Egyptian Olympic Committee issued the decision to suspend the president of Zamalek, for a period of 4 years, and to fine him 100,000 pounds, for what happened during the last period of transgressions, according to officials of the Olympic Committee.

The Egyptian Olympic Committee, headed by Hisham Hatab, notified all sports federations and interested authorities of the decision to suspend the president of the Zamalek Club.

In its letter, the commission confirmed not to deal with the president of the Zamalek club, preventing him from attending matches as president of the Zamalek club, as well as sending a copy of the suspension decision to the Supreme Media Council for the interference of the president of the White Club in the channel “Zamalek”.
