The Zamalek team managed to cut the qualifying entry to the final of the African Champions League, after overcoming the obstacle of its Moroccan counterpart Raja, and sweep it with three goals against one goal, so that the white team won four goals against one goal in the aggregate of the first and second games.

Zamalek will meet Al-Ahly in the final of the African Champions League, which will be historic, with two teams from the same country contesting the final of that tournament for the first time.

The final match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek will be on Friday, November 27, starting at 9:00 pm Cairo time, and will be hosted at Burj Al Arab Stadium.

Al-Ahly qualified for the final at Wydad’s expense

Al-Ahly qualified well for the final match, after crushing their Moroccan counterpart, Wydad, with five goals to one, on aggregate in the first and second matches.

The red team managed to win the first leg of the Champions League semifinals against Wydad with two free goals, in the match played between them in Casablanca, and scored by Mohamed Magdi “Afsha” and the Tunisian Ali Maaloul from a penalty.

Al-Ahly confirmed their superiority in the return match organized by Cairo Stadium, where they won by three goals to one, and Marwan Mohsen started the Goal Festival, and the Red Genie victory was reinforced by Hussein Al-Shahat and Yasser Ibrahim, and Wydad’s only goal was scored by Zuhair Al-Marji.

Zamalek qualified at Raja’s expense

After several postponements, Zamalek’s team managed to decide their position against Raja, since the infection of many of the players of the last team with the Corona virus and that prevented them from leaving Morocco, postponed it twice from its original date, which It was previously set on October 24, and after determining the first day of this November, it has been postponed again to the fourth of this month.

Zamalek stood out in the first leg in Casablanca, with a free goal from Moroccan Ashraf Bin Sharqi.

In the second leg, played at the Cairo Stadium, Zamalek repeated the victory over the Eagles, by three goals to one, with a goal from Ferjani Sassi, two goals from Mustafa Mohamed, while Raja scored between Malango.
