“Al-Watan Sport” learned that the inspection committee within the Zamalek club handed Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, a report of 63 papers, including 64 violations that were monitored within the club.
A source from the Sports Ministry revealed, in statements to “Al Watan Sport”, that the committee began its work on October 11 and finished its mission on Monday.
The source added that the commission reserved a set of documents related to advances, agreements and debts, and attached them to the report that was submitted to the legal affairs of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The source denied that there is an exact count of the total value of the violations, noting that the violations are huge in their financial totality, but so far they have not been counted, and the matter will remain in the hands of the business authorities responsible for the ministry, so that make the appropriate decision in coordination with Dr. Ashraf Sobhi.
The source confirmed that the violations at the Zamalek club exceeded one billion pounds, while the committee revealed the existence of violations at the level of most departments within the club, and this was monitored in the report that was delivered to the minister. .
