The Financial Committee commissioned by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the financial and administrative inspection of the Zamalek Club, which began its work on Sunday, directed a group of requests to facilitate its work within the club during the next few days.
The committee includes 14 people representing the Central Audit Organization and the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a number of supervisory bodies to examine the financial and administrative records of the club, as well as review all the administrative documents of the club, in accordance with the decision of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, who assigned the committees to examine all sports bodies, and that these are The committees are immune from judicial review, which means that they are not subject to any harassment or prevented from accessing any documents .
Al-Watan monitored the details of the committee’s first day yesterday, as committee members rejected any interference in their work. They also refrained from speaking to any member of the club’s employees. They even turned down a “lunch” inside the club or even have drinks. The committee requested a series of requests as follows::

Register banks of all kinds in all local and foreign currencies and bank account statements.

Membership records
– All contracts concluded during the current year 2019-2020 and in force to date
Declaration of the cases presented against the club and vice versa
– Bylaws of the club’s bylaws and all internal club bylaws
– The 2019-2020 annual inventory and list of all club assets and properties.

It should be noted that the president of the Zamalek club issued a decision against him to remove him from the Olympic Committee and prevent him from participating in any sporting activity and imposed a fine of 100,000 pounds, due to the complaints filed against him by Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president from Al-Ahly Club, Hassan Mustafa, president of the International Handball Federation, and other members of the Olympic Committee, and he refused. He was “isolated” to appear for the investigation and filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Youth and Sports and the president of the Olympic Committee to prevent the execution of the decision before the Administrative Court.
