Twenty months after a worker killed his wife and brother, and violated the honor of his daughter, the Benha Criminal Court forwarded, on Tuesday, the papers of the accused to the Mufti of the Republic, to request legal opinion, and the session was set for the first day of March to pronounce the verdict with the continuation of the prison of the accused.
The crime events that shook the corners of the Qalyubia governorate began in May last year, when the people of the town of “Platan” in Toukh woke up with the crime of a worker who killed his wife and brother, due to the complaint from the victim to the murderer for the accused’s harassment of his daughter and indecent attack on his honor.
Muhammad Marzouq, one of the two victims’ neighbors, confirmed that the defendant was notorious and worked for an oil company and was fired for his bad behavior, in addition to constantly fighting with his wife and brother.
“Muhammad” added that the suspect’s brother kicked him out of the house for his bad behavior, and he was absent from the house for weeks straight, and when he tried to return on the first day of Ramadan, it was only a few minutes and we heard screaming, and it turned out that a fight broke out between the accused and his wife and brother, over the admonition of the accused’s brother. He has indecent assault on his daughter.
“Muhammad” continued: “An altercation arose between the husband and his brother, which turned into a fight, in which the accused was attacked with a knife” knife “, which was in possession, against his wife and brother, which led to their death.
The defendant, Ibrahim AA, admitted to the crime and said: “On my return home, I was surprised by the objection of my wife and my brother to my path, and I blamed myself for my action with my daughter in an inappropriate way.” He added: “They spoke to me like a monster.”
The defendant continued: “After that, a fight broke out between us, and I only felt myself when I took out a knife that I had and killed my brother with it, and then I went to my wife and killed her as well.
The facts of the case began when Major General Fakhr Al-Arabi, director of security in Qalyubia, received a notification of the murder of “AA”, his wife and his brother.
Lieutenant Colonel Mahmoud Ismail, head of the investigations, moved and it turned out that “AAA” dealt with an indecent attack on the honor of his daughter, who told her mother about it, and in turn complained to her brother who blamed the accused for his act and fought with him and expelled him from the family home.
Investigations revealed that on the day of the event, the defendant arrived at the family home and yelled at his brother, then approached him and stabbed him with a knife, then went to his wife and killed her.
